How much the service costs?

Our service is completely free. The client does not have to pay anything for their activation and no monthly fee is required. You only pay the messages you send. You can see here our prices.

Do I need any specific software?

No. Our service is web based so you only need to have a Internet connection and a web browser.

What do I buy?

You buy SMS messages. Whenever you make a purchase, the amount of SMS you buy will be the number of credits you will have. So, 1 SMS = 1 Credit.

Do I need to spend a minimum amount of SMS per month?

No. There's a minimum charge of 250 SMS, but you can spend them according to your needs and as it is convenient.

How can I pay my messages?

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, Paypal or MoneyBookers. When we activate your account you will receive more detailed payment instructions by email.

After a purchase, how long it takes to my balance be updated with the new credits?

Everytime you buy a SMS pack, your credits will not be displayed immediately, only when your payment take effect your account will be credited within 24 hours.

To which countries can I send messages?

Our service allows you to send SMS for several countries in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. We currently have a price table for 21 countries. If you wish to send SMS to other countries please contact us.

Is it possible to import pre-existing data into dapSMS?

Yes, dapSMS has a feature that allows you to import recipients details from Microsoft Excel files. If you have your recipients in another format or need assistance, our support team can assist you to import your data.

What is Sender ID?

A Sender ID is the number or company name that a message will appear to come from on a recipient's phone.
(Examples: myCompany | 1122334455 | myCompany99)

Can I change my sender ID at any time?

Yes. If a company owns several brands and aims to promote the brand X and brand Y on different occasions, it makes sense to change. However, for security reasons, this change must be done to our knowledge, for such, you should contact us.
